What We Do

We're a locally owned roofing company serving Missoula and the surrounding towns. Whatever the job, you get an honest on-site assessment and an itemized written estimate before any work begins.

A small leak or a few missing shingles can quickly become a serious — and expensive — problem if left untreated. Our Missoula roofing team responds quickly to diagnose the issue and make the right repairs the first time, protecting your home before the next storm rolls in off the Rattlesnake or Lolo Peak.

Repair or Replace?

It's the first question most homeowners have, and the honest answer depends on the roof. A repair makes sense when the damage is limited to one area and the rest of the roof is in good shape: a few missing shingles after a windstorm, a leak at the chimney flashing, a cracked vent boot. See roof repair.

Replacement starts to make sense when the problems are everywhere: shingles curling or losing granules across the roof, leaks in more than one place, a sagging roofline, or an asphalt roof past 20 years or so. At that point, repairs are money spent on a roof you'll replace anyway. See roof replacement.

If you can't tell which one you're looking at, that's what the free inspection is for. We'll tell you what we find, and if a repair will do the job, that's what we'll recommend. Our FAQ covers the common warning signs in more detail.

Residential and Commercial

We work on homes, from single-family houses to multi-unit buildings, and on commercial properties. Commercial roofs are often flat or low-slope and use membrane systems like TPO and EPDM, which need different materials and different skills than a shingle roof. See commercial roofing for what's involved.

How It Works

  1. Call or request an estimate

Tell us what's going on with your roof: a leak, storm damage, an older roof you're wondering about, or a new roof you're planning. A phone call or the short form is enough to start.

  2. On-site inspection

We look at the roof itself: the shingles or panels, flashing, vents, gutters, and the attic or ceiling if there's a leak.

  3. Itemized written estimate

You get a clear estimate covering materials, timeline and recommended solutions, with no hidden fees and no pressure to decide on the spot.

  4. The work, then full cleanup

Once you approve the estimate, we schedule the job around the weather, do the work, and clean up completely when we're done.

  5. Warranty paperwork and a final walk-through

We walk the finished job with you and go over both warranties: our workmanship warranty on the labor and the manufacturer's warranty on the materials.
